BIM Manager

About the role

FXCollaborative is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation across diverse architectural and urban design projects. The role involves supporting project teams, establishing standards, and driving data‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick‑off meetings, set up Revit files and related models.
• Configure and manage BIM analytics and content‑management tools.
• Oversee cloud collaboration platforms such as BIM 360/ACC.
• Set up Navisworks coordination models.
• Develop, communicate, and enforce BIM standards and strategies.
• Assist in creating firm‑wide workflows and documentation.
• Support visualization, VR, computational analysis, and data integration workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of BIM delivery experience with a focus on design‑analysis integration.
• Strong communication, teaching, and multitasking abilities.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Required skills

• Expertise in Revit; familiarity with Revit API.
• Proficiency with Rhino and visualization tools (Enscape, Vray).
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, and BIM content‑management systems.
• Competence in computational design tools such as Grasshopper, Dynamo, Ideate Software, and environmental analysis tools.
• Experience with data management, visualization, or business‑intelligence tools.
