Deputy Principal Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Principal Construction Manager to join our project management team in Brooklyn. The role combines client interaction, business development and data‑driven analysis to support senior consultants and deliver high‑quality construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with clients and coordinate project activities.
• Support business development through proposal writing and methodology creation.
• Assist senior consultants with legal and scholarly research.
• Create reports, gather and analyze data to inform project decisions.
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights.
• Gather and organize project documentation.
• Arrange client coordination and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

Required profile

• Limited experience in consultancy is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professional demeanor.
• Keen eye for data trends and strong analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of information technology.
• Ability to interact professionally with vendors and clients.
• Personal accountability, strong work ethic and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
