Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse and provide critical care to patients with complex acute and chronic conditions. You will work in a Magnet‑recognized environment alongside a dedicated team of caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and communicate patient conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing protocols, and document physician and nursing orders.
• Educate patients and families, assess discharge needs, and coordinate care transitions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• At least one year of acute‑care RN experience in a hospital setting (military RN experience considered).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or within one year.
