Integration Engineer (Application Development)

About the role

The Integration Engineer will design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance. This hybrid position requires on‑site collaboration at least three days a week and occasional after‑hours availability for critical incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations, create technical documentation, and maintain data mapping.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, implement error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Validate and transform data across formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Support testing phases including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least three years of hands‑on experience with Workday integrations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services.
• XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.
• SQL and database management.
• Scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Version control systems (Git).
