Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

The Victoria Dominguez Farmers Insurance Agency in North Richland Hills, Texas, is hiring full-time Insurance Sales Representatives. The agency offers auto, home, business and life insurance and provides a base salary with uncapped commission, bonuses and paid time off.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Communicate with hot leads and cold call to generate leads
• Build client relationships, follow up with clients and identify sales opportunities
• Maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of the services offered
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Achieve high sales targets

Required profile

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license (required)
• Life and Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain it
• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behaviour
• Coachable, confident self-starter who works well independently
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
