Installation Training Specialist

About the role

KONE is seeking an Installation Training Specialist to deliver installation methods and process training to employees across its branch offices. The role is fully remote, primarily supporting the Midwest and East regions of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide installation methods, safety, and quality training to installation staff.
• Audit documented processes on the front line and give feedback for improvements.
• Evaluate installations and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
• Support tendering, order development, installation planning, and execution.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of progressive experience installing new equipment and modernizing elevators and escalators.
• Strong background in field installation with demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills.
