About the role

The Junior Sales Assistant supports key sales associates by learning the company’s product offerings and quoting system. The role involves interacting with builders, contractors, homeowners, and architects to ensure accurate order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Administer, verify, and submit accurate product orders using PQM and Salesforce.
Prepare activity reports for management and maintain documentation of customer communications.
Assist senior sales assistants with lead follow‑up, order changes, and customer service requests.
Analyze office workflow, promote continuous improvement, and manage recovery processes for shortages or damaged products.
Handle architectural service requests, facilitate sample deliveries, and represent the company at events or showrooms as needed.
