About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Annandale team. The role focuses on building relationships, assisting customers with product information, and supporting the sales team in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders accurately, and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, or inside sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
