Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Reveleer is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to lead the next generation of IT infrastructure, focusing on automation, AI‑powered tooling, and modern API integrations. The role blends traditional infrastructure ownership with AI‑enabled operations to improve reliability, security, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer macOS, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 services while reducing manual tasks through intelligent tooling.
• Support hybrid networking (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and ensure HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST compliance.
• Build automated monitoring pipelines, self‑healing runbooks, and AI‑assisted incident response workflows.
• Design and deploy AI‑powered automation for ticket triage, access provisioning, patch scheduling, and system health alerting.
• Create and maintain REST and GraphQL API integrations, Python and PowerShell automation libraries, and MCP‑based integration architectures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of systems engineering or administration experience in complex hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools or LLM‑driven workflows in IT operations.
• Demonstrated experience in a regulated healthcare IT environment (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).
