Industrial Adhesive & Tape Specialist (Remote – NE)

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Adhesive & Tape Specialist to drive sales of 3M’s Industrial Adhesives and Tapes portfolio across Nebraska, South Dakota and surrounding areas. The role is remote‑based with occasional travel and a company vehicle provided.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota within the assigned territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to implement growth initiatives and programs.
• Develop end‑user customers and application processes to expand portfolio adoption.
• Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the End‑User Key Accounts team to grow key accounts.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and conduct strategic planning and business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed prior to start).
• Minimum three years of sales experience in private, public, government or military settings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20% overnight.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
