Independent Skincare Sales Representative (1099 Contractor)

About the role

Astanza is seeking motivated, relationship‑driven independent sales representatives to launch and grow the Dermalosophy professional skincare line in the U.S. market. This 1099 contractor position is ideal for experienced sales professionals with existing relationships in aesthetic, medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Dermalosophy account opportunities within medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, wellness clinics, and aesthetic practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, providers, estheticians, practice managers, and business owners.
• Present the brand story, product positioning, and professional skincare opportunity to prospects.
• Support account onboarding and help practices integrate Dermalosophy into retail, treatment, and patient‑care offerings.
• Maintain consistent communication, track lead activity, follow‑ups, and sales progress.
• Collaborate with Astanza’s internal team for clinical, educational, or operational support when needed.

Required profile

• Experience selling into professional aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or wellness markets.
• Existing relationships with aesthetic practices or skincare professionals.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship‑based account development skills.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up, and independent work capabilities.
• Professional presence and passion for aesthetics, skincare, and education.
