Independent Sales Rep – 1099 – $80K–$110K+ – Storm Restoration

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that provides roofing, siding, and gutter services. As an Independent Sales Representative you will work on a 1099 basis, meeting homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assessing damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct inspections, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and follow projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated independent contractor comfortable working in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during peak storm season.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with homeowners.
