Senior Business Development Associate

About the role

The Business Development Senior Associate supports customer leads throughout the full development lifecycle, from initial engagement to lease execution and beyond, within the data center real estate industry.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and customer research to provide insights for the Business Development team.
• Abstract and summarize complex lease agreements, draft preliminary term sheets, and prepare investment committee memos.
• Track commercial terms, perform financial analyses, and collaborate with finance, legal, development, construction, and operations teams.
• Monitor active transactions, report milestones in weekly reviews, and assist with lease negotiations and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking or related roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel financial modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Datacenter Hawk, or S&P Global platforms.
