Field Reimbursement Manager – Oncology

About the role

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for Oncology will serve the Denver, Colorado territory, supporting healthcare providers in patient access to J&J oncology therapies. This field‑based position requires up to 50% on‑site interaction with HCPs and collaboration with sales and medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding requirements and payer policies.
• Partner with sales representatives, key account managers and managed‑care colleagues to address access and affordability issues.
• Provide on‑site reimbursement and access support, problem‑solve complex cases, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market dynamics.
• Manage territory logistics, routing and account planning while building trust‑based relationships with oncology accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare, business or public administration preferred); advanced degree optional.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management, reimbursement, or managed‑care settings.
• Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy‑and‑bill benefits, coding and billing processes.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50‑75% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
