Income Auditor – Full‑Time, Edwards, CO

About the role

The Sonnenalp Hotel in Edwards, CO is seeking a full‑time Income Auditor to join its finance team. This year‑round position involves daily reconciliation of hotel, restaurant, and golf club revenues, ensuring accurate financial reporting and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales for the hotel and golf club and prepare bank deposits.
• Review and correct PMS & POS integration variances.
• Coordinate collection activities, contacting guests and members about outstanding accounts.
• Prepare weekly aging reports and support month‑end closing procedures.
• Attend weekly golf club meetings and handle credit‑card dispute responses.

Required profile

• BS in Accounting (preferred) with 2‑4 years of related experience.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• 2 years of professional accounting or finance work, preferably in accounts receivable or income audit.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with PMS and POS systems.
• Strong understanding of receivables and computerized accounting systems.
