About the role

Kelly Services is seeking an In‑House Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in King of Prussia, PA. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting for industrial and warehouse roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair, and equitable selection process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptable, resilient, and strong communicator both verbally and in writing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Experience using job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Full‑cycle recruiting techniques.
