About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In‑Home Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing home‑improvement team. This full‑time, W‑2 outside‑sales position involves meeting pre‑qualified homeowners, delivering presentations, and closing high‑ticket remodeling deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home presentations that wow homeowners and clearly explain product solutions.
• Assess homes, recommend appropriate exterior remodeling options, and close sales.
• Master the company’s product portfolio and financing programs.
• Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and performance meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organization abilities.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (up to 6 days per week).
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Sales or home‑improvement experience is a plus but not required.
