In-Home Sales Consultant

About the role

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a driven in‑home sales consultant to close high‑quality remodeling projects. You will work with pre‑scheduled, qualified appointments and use company tools to focus on selling, not paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 pre‑scheduled in‑home consultations daily with homeowners.
• Present and sell decks, fencing, windows, siding, and roofing solutions.
• Follow a defined sales system and use proposal software to build and close profitable projects.
• Track activity and results to measure performance against goals.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of in‑home or consultative sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, listening, and closing skills with a professional presence.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for evenings and some weekends.
