About the role
Join BAYADA as a Personal Care Aide providing compassionate in‑home care to adults across Kaua‘i. You will support clients with daily activities, household tasks, and companionship while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medications.
- Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
Required profile
- Passion for caregiving and desire to help others.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate care.
