In-Home Caregiver – Up to $30/hr on West Maui

About the role

Join BAYADA as an In‑Home Caregiver and provide compassionate personal care to adults across Maui. Pay starts at $20/hr and can reach up to $30/hr in West Maui, with a $500 sign‑on bonus after 100 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a written care plan from a registered nurse to deliver personal care, household support, and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and medication reminders.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, meal preparation, and feeding.
• Support mobility with transfers and mechanical lifting devices, and guide range‑of‑motion exercises.

Required profile

• Passion for caregiving and a commitment to quality, compassionate care.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes and be present for scheduled shifts, including optional overnight work.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving skills; prior home health or patient care experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to follow written care plans and communicate effectively with clients and the care team.
