In-Home Caregiver (Personal Care)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate in‑home caregivers to provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults in the Kapolei area. You will follow a written care plan created by a registered nurse and help clients stay safe and independent at home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them to take medication.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices when needed.

Required profile

• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes.
• Commitment to delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
