Implementation Consultant – Isolved HCM Solutions

About the role

The Isolved Implementation Consultant will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of client implementations for Vensure’s Isolved HCM products, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of client implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks in partnership with internal teams.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of system builds across Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and HR modules.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of HR outsourcing models, PEO operations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for professional client and stakeholder interactions.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when performing administrative and operational tasks.
• Analytical ability to interpret client data, identify discrepancies, and develop actionable solutions.

Required skills

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for client onboarding and data management.
