Imaging Client Services Representative I

About the role

The Imaging Client Services Representative provides front‑line support to patients and caregivers in the Imaging department of Tradition Hospital. The role focuses on appointment preparation, order management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify exam information, and prepare exam requests.
• Create, modify, and track patient orders using multiple ordering systems.
• Prepare and distribute patient records to physicians, staff, and external institutions.
• Run daily statistics from the dictation system and distribute reports to radiologists.
• Update patients and families on exam status, delays, and preparation instructions.
• Process pickup, delivery, and loan requests for patient records and ensure timely return.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of clerical, office, customer service, or healthcare experience.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to navigate complex computer and phone systems.
