Associate Director, Decision Intelligence

About the role

The Associate Director, Decision Intelligence will lead the development of advanced analytics, modeling, simulation and optimization frameworks to enable data‑driven decision making across Development Sciences and Clinical Supply (DSCS). This technical role bridges business challenges with mathematical solutions and supports digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into mathematical models for simulation and optimization.
• Design and integrate robust analytics into WebApps or AI agents for streamlined user interaction.
• Develop probabilistic forecasting and stochastic optimization techniques to support strategic decisions under uncertainty.
• Collaborate with change management and DSCS SMEs to implement AI‑enabled business processes.
• Contribute to modern data foundations, pipelines, and custom web applications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data science, operations research, or data engineering.
• Pharmaceutical development or clinical supply chain experience, preferably with CMC knowledge.
• Proven ability to gather complex requirements from non‑technical stakeholders and translate them into technical roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary range USD 142,400 – 224,100 per year, plus annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
