Identity and Access Management Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Jupiter Medical Center, ranked #1 for safety, quality and patient satisfaction in Palm Beach County, is hiring an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst on a hybrid basis. You will be the primary administrator and owner of the identity governance platform, reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity. The role leads IAM initiatives, manages access governance workflows and acts as the technical subject matter expert for SailPoint, while also supporting broader cybersecurity programs and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IAM activities: user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews and policy enforcement with SailPoint, and keep identity records accurate with timely onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as technical owner and administrator of SailPoint, deliver user training, support users and coordinate with vendors on issues and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH and PCI DSS, run periodic access certifications, enforce least privilege and need-to-know, and support audits with documentation.
• Lead application onboarding into SailPoint and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models and segregation of duties rules.
• Maintain technical documentation for SailPoint processes, integrations and configurations, and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and business units on access issues, contribute to incident response and cyber threat analysis, and occasionally work extended hours including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in the field.
• At least two years of experience with identity governance tools; SailPoint IdentityIQ experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement reviews and governance policies.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IAM.
• Experience in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Administrator, CompTIA Security+ or SSCP are preferred.
