About the role
Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one‑on‑one support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live more independently at home and in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including light meal preparation.
- Engage clients in hobbies, interests, and community activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience with I/DD preferred (training provided for newcomers).
Required skills
- Basic caregiving and personal support skills.
