HVAC Technician – Limestone Park I & II (Student Living)

About the role

This full‑time position ensures the safe and efficient operation of all HVAC systems serving Greystar‑managed student housing at Limestone Park I & II on a university campus.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair air‑cooled and water‑source heat pump systems.
• Install, replace, and service units, compressors, filter dryers, TXVs, fan motors, evaporator and condenser coils, and microprocessors.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of heat‑pump control systems to identify failures and apply corrective actions.
• Use electrical testing equipment such as volt meters to diagnose, repair, and replace electrical motors, motor controls, wiring, starters, relays, and contactors.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with HVAC and heat‑pump equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and perform electrical diagnostics safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining system reliability.
