Human Resources Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Talent and Engagement division of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology‑enabled HR initiatives. You will oversee projects that support learning management, survey platforms, and other employee‑information systems, while coordinating strategic planning and leadership activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intermediate‑size, moderately complex projects across the division and the broader Federal Reserve system.
• Coordinate project teams, acquire resources, assign responsibilities, and develop detailed project plans.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, organize documents, and control access permissions.
• Use Workday for form processing, reporting, and case support; build surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.
• Provide analytical support using cost‑benefit analysis and process‑reengineering techniques.
• Facilitate meetings, conference calls, and communications with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Address diverse problems through analysis and evaluation of key factors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of operations, financial analysis, or project‑management experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and incomplete information.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving capabilities.
