Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

LOVINGLOVING is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support employees and leaders across multiple locations. This position sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily recruiting activities: post openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support Spanish‑language recruiting initiatives.
• Oversee the full onboarding cycle from offer acceptance through Day 1, preparing offer letters, new‑hire packets, and conducting orientations in both languages.
• Administer background checks, I‑9 verification, and E‑Verify processes.
• Enter new hires accurately into HRIS and payroll systems and ensure smooth transitions.
• Track and manage safety certifications and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (essential).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities with both field teams and office staff.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with I‑9, E‑Verify, and background check procedures.
• Ability to manage safety certification records.
