HR Sales Executive

About the role

Asure Software, an HCM provider with over 600 employees, is looking for an HR Sales Executive in Tampa. The role builds and maintains business relationships with new clients, focusing on HR Sales Consulting, and covers B2B prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections and running demos and discovery calls to close business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, banks, financial advisors and insurance brokers.
• Use and master sales tools including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Use Salesforce CRM to report on and manage sales and client service activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of HCM, specifically HR consulting sales, experience required.
• 1-3 years in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking in a fast pace, proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Ambitious, positive and self-motivated; legally authorized to work in the US.

What we offer

• On target earnings of $135,000-$145,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
