About the role
We are looking for an HR Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist to join our healthcare division. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to completing onboarding, while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Source applicants through ZipRecruiter, Indeed and other channels
- Review and screen resumes received from job postings
- Recruit caregivers, home health aides (HHA) and personal care aides (PCA) within the assigned area
- Build, organize, and maintain a candidate database
- Conduct phone interviews and run background checks
- Manage employee files and ensure regulatory compliance
Required profile
- Strong command of English (writing, speaking, listening) and bilingual in Spanish
- Compassionate, caring attitude with the ability to work with external parties
- Proficient computer, data‑entry and research skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Reliable home office setup with seamless internet access
- Availability to work US (NY) business hours, 8:30 am – 5 pm ET, Monday‑Friday

What we offer
- Monthly salary of $850‑$1,000 (non‑negotiable)
