HR Consultant (Remote)

About the role

TalentLink Solutions is seeking a remote HR Consultant to support independent financial advisory firms across the United States. The role focuses primarily on recruiting and hiring processes while also providing broader HR guidance, from employee handbooks to compensation studies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify HR gaps and deliver tailored solutions.
• Handle prospective client calls, articulate value propositions, and manage the offer process.
• Advise on HR policies, document creation, and compliance with state and local laws.
• Provide training and guidance on interviewing, performance reviews, counseling, and documentation.
• Support senior team members on client projects and firm initiatives.
• Research benefits administration and make recommendations.
• Assist HR Recruiting Consultants with prioritization and direction.

• Ability to join phone or video conversations with limited context and ask the right questions.
• Comfortable delivering thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional client experiences.
