About the role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Northeast & Home Org Division will act as a strategic bridge between HR initiatives and business objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, the HRBP will help shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment – Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, provide insights and recommendations to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Business Partnership – Serve as trusted advisor to managers and leaders, act as primary liaison between HR and business units, and support change initiatives.
- Business Acumen – Understand organizational structure, priorities, compensation, financial objectives and budgets to ensure HR strategies meet business needs.
- Talent Management – Support talent development, identify high‑potential employees, and assist with succession planning.
- Organizational Development – Execute change initiatives, cultural transformation programs, and leadership development efforts.
- Employee Engagement & Performance Management – Drive initiatives that improve satisfaction and productivity, advise on development plans, and draft performance improvement plans.
Required profile
- Ability to analyze data, identify workforce trends and partner on actionable plans.
- Strong credibility and influence with senior leaders; excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Skilled at navigating people challenges and delivering strategic HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; adept at cross‑functional collaboration.
- Conflict‑management and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, talent management, workforce planning, and experience supporting large‑scale organizational change.
