HR Business Partner – Northeast & Home Org Division

About the role

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support leaders in the Northeast and Home Org Division. The role will align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving proactive people strategies that contribute to organizational success.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations that align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on people‑related matters.
• Serve as the primary liaison between HR and business units, ensuring policies and programs meet operational needs.
• Support change initiatives and help leaders drive organizational transitions.
• Develop deep understanding of client‑group structures, compensation, financial objectives and operational challenges.
• Identify high‑potential talent, support succession planning and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Assist in executing organizational change, cultural transformation and leadership development programs.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing workplace.
• Advise on performance management, including development plans, coaching and performance improvement plans.
