HR Business Partner III – Strategic Advisor for Tech Organizations

About the role

The HR Business Partner III acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives in fast‑moving technology environments. The role partners with leaders of AI, GPU, cloud and data‑center teams to drive organizational effectiveness and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders to proactively address organizational challenges and enable business growth.
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
• Support organizations operating in rapidly evolving technology environments, especially AI, GPU infrastructure, inference platforms, cloud computing and data‑centers.
• Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Lead organizational change initiatives by providing coaching, change‑management support and communication strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement and career development while ensuring consistent policy application.
• Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions.
• Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness through talent reviews, assessments and capability planning.
• Collaborate across regional and global HR teams to share best practices and drive consistency.

Required profile

• Experience supporting organizations in rapidly evolving technology environments such as AI, GPU infrastructure, cloud computing or data‑centers.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders through periods of growth, transformation and change.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial performance, competitive landscape and talent market trends.
