Hotel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our portfolio of Hilton and Marriott properties. In this full‑time role you will develop strategic plans, build key client relationships, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and negotiations to close contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns supporting sales efforts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable sales leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
