Guest Service Representative – Front Desk (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join a dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Representative, providing a warm welcome and seamless experience for hotel guests. This part‑time position works at the front desk, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest inquiries throughout the day, evenings, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests with a friendly attitude.
• Process check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, and room assignments accurately.
• Respond to guest requests, reservations, and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain daily front‑desk logs and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but not required.
