About the role
The Pan Restaurant is seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a clean host area. This full‑time position offers a fast‑paced environment with excellent customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station, menus, and entrance area.
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize service flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and handle complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑service or restaurant role (preferred 1 year).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Friendly, bubbly personality with a strong focus on customer service.
