Hospital Pharmacist – Bethesda Regional Health Centre

About the role

Join Southern Health‑Sud as a Hospital Pharmacist at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre affiliate sites in Steinbach. You will deliver safe, accessible, and patient‑centered pharmacy services in a vibrant, culturally diverse community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage drug procurement and distribution in accordance with departmental policies and provincial/federal regulations.
• Provide clinical pharmacy activities, including medication therapy management and patient counseling.
• Prepare sterile products following strict safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, ensuring confidentiality of all patient information.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager and multidisciplinary health‑care team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to prepare sterile products.
• Current registration or eligibility with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
• Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.
