About the role
Connected Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in hospice care for a 13‑week travel assignment in Taos, New Mexico. The position starts on 09/09/2024 and involves full‑time, 40‑hour weeks on day shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hospice nursing care to patients in a field setting, Monday through Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality end‑of‑life care.
Required profile
- Current RN license with hospice experience.
- Ability to work on‑site in Taos for the full 13‑week duration.
