Hospice RN Clinical Supervisor

About the role

BAYADA Hospice seeks a compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary hospice team in delivering high‑quality end‑of‑life care to patients in Newtown Square, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a hospice team, providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and sound judgment.
• Participate in performance improvement, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness activities.
• Develop, coach, and mentor future hospice leaders through education and professional development.
• Support complex clinical situations, care planning, and problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and community partners.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining hospice talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Passion for hospice and end‑of‑life care with prior hospice experience.
• Proven leadership experience in hospice, home health, palliative care, or related settings.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.
• Registered Nurse required; BSN or Master’s degree preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
