Clinical Manager – Hospice

About the role

BAYADA Hospice seeks a Clinical Manager to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, patient‑centered end‑of‑life care in Newtown Square, PA. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to ensure high‑quality hospice services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire an interdisciplinary hospice team focused on compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and sound judgment to enhance patient and family experiences.
• Participate in performance improvement, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness activities.
• Develop, coach, and mentor future hospice leaders through education and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and community partners to strengthen relationships and improve care.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top hospice talent.
• Support office operations, growth initiatives, and maintain focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with passion for hospice and end‑of‑life care (previous hospice experience required).
• Proven leadership experience in hospice, home health, palliative care, or related setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.
• Experience managing patient caseloads and supporting complex clinical decision‑making.
• BSN or Master’s degree preferred; management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
