About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑home patient assessments and skilled nursing visits.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care, disease management, medication administration, and patient education.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred but not required).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient‑focused attitude.
