About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one‑on‑one support for clients throughout the Lehigh Valley. This position offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in clients' daily lives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals, provide feeding assistance, and remind clients about medication.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and general household support.
- Help with ambulation, transfers, and provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others.
- Transportation available to travel to client homes.
- Ability to follow a care plan developed by a registered nurse.
