Home Health Aide – Training Available

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Homemaker‑Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide in‑home care across several New Jersey counties. Training is offered for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals, provide feeding assistance, and remind clients about medication.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and other household tasks.
• Support ambulation, transfers, range‑of‑motion exercises, and vital sign checks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain independence.

Required profile

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
• Passionate about helping others and committed to quality care.
• Able to travel to clients' homes and work independently.
• Previous caregiving or patient care experience is welcome but not mandatory.
