About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one‑on‑one care for a client residing in Somerset County. The position offers consistent weekend afternoon hours and the chance to build a meaningful, supportive relationship while helping the client stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including transfers and mobility support.
• Follow the individualized care plan, monitor the client’s condition, and report any changes to BAYADA’s clinical and office teams.
• Ensure the client’s safety, comfort, and overall well‑being within the home environment.

Required profile

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent, compassionate care.
• Patient‑centered attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
