Home Health Aide – Overnight Shifts

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide overnight personal care and companionship to adults in the Montgomery area. You will follow a nurse‑written care plan and help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and give medication reminders.
• Support mobility with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Encourage range‑of‑motion exercises and ambulation.

Required profile

• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to reliable, high‑quality patient care.
