Home Health Aide (HHA) In-Home Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults living at home in the Tampa area and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and offer medication reminders.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises and other therapist‑directed activities.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Current HHA certificate (40‑hour course) or CNA license, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Valid BLS‑certified CPR certification from an approved organization.
• Successful completion of a Level II background check.
