About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one care for clients in Harwich and across Cape Cod. The position runs daily from 8 am to 5 pm and offers flexible full‑time, part‑time, or shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, personal care, and medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
- Support client ambulation and provide companionship.
Required profile
- At least one year of verifiable work experience in any field.
- Valid Home Health Aide certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license; candidates without certification may enroll in paid training.
