About the role
Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the ACSP Division, providing personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in their homes. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medication.
- Support range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
Required profile
- Passion for caregiving and desire to help others.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Commitment to deliver compassionate, reliable care.
